Deed Restrictions Revisions

The civic club has two committees regarding deed restrictions, one for enforcement and another for revisions . Board member John Mooney is heading the revisions effort. His committee's current revisions are posted under the Committees tab on the left. Edits in blue are from 2009 and edits in red are from 2011. If you would like to serve on the Deed Restrictions Revisions committee, please contact Mr. Mooney at (713) 721-6523. Board member Jonathan Roach is chair of the Deed Restrictions Enforcement Committee.

The Deed Restrictions Enforcement Committee receives and processes all alleged violations of the Restrictions. The Committee patrols the subdivision regularly, reports on observed violations, receives the complaints of alleged violations, investigates and recommends to the Board of Directors such action, including (if appropriate) formal legal action as the Committee may deem necessary in order to enforce the appropriate deed restrictions. The Executive Committee may retain the services of an individual (preferably, a Willow Meadows resident or home owner) as an independent contractor to serve as the Deed Restrictions Delegate. The Deed Restrictions Delegate receives and processes all alleged violations, maintains a database of past and current alleged violations, reports said violations to the Deed Restrictions Committee, and, as instructed, prepares and mails letters to potential violators.
