Deed Restrictions By-Laws

    

The Deed Restrictions for the Willow Meadows subdivision were approved by a majority of homeowners in 1998.  They are now legally binding on all homeowners.  The Deed Restrictions grant the powers of interpretation and enforcement of the Restrictions to the Willow Meadows Civic Club, Inc.  Enforcement of the Deed Restrictions from within the Civic Club is the charge of the Deed Restriction Committee

The Association By-Laws are the rules which we have adopted to govern ourself.  They are binding upon all actions of the Association and can be modified as set out in Article X.

The By-Laws were revised in September 2008 and may be viewed as 2008-09 By-Laws.

The 2002 edition of the By-Laws, now obsolete, may be viewed as 2002 By-Laws.
