Potential Roof Replacements

Architectural Control Committee Chair James Kadlick reports that many neighbors have called about potential roof replacements; as long as no new structural work is being done residents do not need to go through any approval process to put on a new roof.

WMCC Veep Dan Oko Has Another Article in Texas Highways

Check out the May 2013 issue of Texas Highways.  Dan Oko has a six page article (with photos by E. Dan Klepper) entitled "Child in the Wild: Learning and bonding on a father-daughter camping trip."

Dan and daughter Ursula camped at four parks among several stops on an eight-day trip through south-central and west Texas, including critter encounters ranging from a javelina through wild turkey to a black bear.  Nice work all around, Dan; especially enlightening was the "Tips for camping with kids" sidebar!
