The WMCC Board of Directors generally meets the second Tuesday in all months except those where a General Meeting takes place. Homeowners are always welcome to attend. President

The history of the Willow Meadows Civic Club goes back for decades. We are an organization that has experienced growth and change throughout that time. Most recently, by a majority vote of all homeowners, in 1998 the Civic Club changed from a vountary club to a mandatory Home Owners Association with a new, unified set of Deed Restrictions. On the one hand, that growth meant that dues are no longer voluntary and lots are subject to legal action to enforce the Deed Restrictions. On the other hand, it allows the Association a consistent budget in order to pay for those actions necessary to maintain the quality of life just a few miles outside of downtown Houston.

Vice President

The Vice-President serves, upon request of the President, as the official representative of the President at all standing Committee meetings. The Vice-President also monitors and documents issues relating to inactive special committees and assures that the Policies & Procedures Manual is kept up-to-date.

Secretary

The Secretary records all resolutions and proceedings of the meetings of the Association and Board of Directors in a permanent record retained for that purpose. The Secretary issues all notices of meetings of the Board of Directors, and performs all of the customary duties pertaining to the office of Secretary. The Secretary secures the dates and meeting locations for the General Meetings, and ensures that signs are posted in the neighborhood and notice is published in the newsletter reminding the Members of upcoming General Meetings. Further, the Secretary notifies all Board Members of Special Meetings that may be called from time to time.

Treasurer

Each year, homeowner's approve the operating and capital budgets used to maintain the high the quality of life that our homeowner's enjoy. The volunteers who make up the Board of Directors, with the help of those who volunteer as chairpersons for our committees, work to ensure that Willow Meadows remains a safe, beautiful, and enjoyable subdivision to live in.
