The Maintenance and Beautification Committee maintains Willow Meadows' three adopted esplanade areas, manages the mosquito spraying program, and is currently overseeing the landscaping of the new neighborhood entrance signs. The Committee is also involved with the Willow Park Committee, a community-wide organization working to update Willow Park, located at the southern end of the neighborhood.

The Committee also welcomes new homeowners by delivering a Welcome Basket along with a WMCC Phone Directory and letter from the President.
