Dues and Fees

Dues for 2026 are $455 and are mandatory,

Pay in Full: Due February 1, 2026

Split Payment: 50% due February 1, 2026 and 50% due May 1, 2026.

Property Transfer

If you are purchasing, selling, transferring, or refinancing a home in Willow Meadows, your lender or title company may need to contact the Civic Club for required documentation.

For refinancing, your lender will contact the Treasurer to verify that:

Annual assessments are paid and current
There are no active or pending deed restriction violations associated with the property

As required by the Texas Property Code, a $250 fee applies to all property sales, transfers, and refinances. This fee includes:

$200 – Property Sale/Transfer or Refinance Fee
$50 – Certificate of Title Preparation Fee
